Who's Chicken?
Last time we went out to Adam and Lenore's place, Archer got pecked. But his fear of chickens now seems to have subsided. Just keep feeding 'em, Arch.
The Morning Routine
Now that Phil and I are both working stiffs, we really cherish our early mornings with Archie. But we wish they didn't have to be quite so early.

Aaawwww...
I'm usually not that big on setting up these types of forced, phony scenes...but these two seemed pretty willing. Aya and Archie were born one day apart and are quite clearly destined to be sweethearts.

Using a Spoon
He likes the comfort and security of a spoon in his left hand while he shovels in food with his right...

Walking
This happened overnight. Literally. This morning, Phil put Archie onto the floor from our bed and he walked out the door and into the front room.

Stairmaster
We're all about stairs these days. Up and down the main staircase. Hours and hours if left to his own devices.

The Social Butterfly
Archer loves to crawl out into the hall of our dorm and wave at the college kids. He also doles out high-fives with fervor.

Ordinary Playing or Military Training?
Archer's play often resembles some kind of boot camp scenario; lifting and launching blunt objects, doing the low crawl, climbing over obstacles. Wondering if he's been exposed to some military infant recruitment that I don't know about...
Yowling and Bobbing
I like how he offers his dad the orange toy at the end as if to say, "Here, Dad, this might help you with your yowling and bobbing."
